  • 3Ergonomic handle reduces fatigue for veterinarians during long operations and ensures a comfortable grip.
  • 4Sterile individual packaging, single-use, safe and reliable

Standard Operating Procedure

  1. 1Preoperative Inspection: Verify that the outer packaging is intact, unbroken, airtight, and dry, and that the expiration date has not passed. After opening, visually inspect the instrument for deformation, missing staples, or cracks.
  2. 2Wound Preprocessing: Thoroughly disinfect and control bleeding on the animal's trauma or surgical incision. Align and flatten the skin edges on both sides, ensuring the wound is under no tension.
  3. 3Stitching Operation: Hold the stapler handle, align the staple head with the skin edges, and squeeze the trigger to deploy staples. For longer wounds, perform continuous stitching in uniform segments.
  4. 4Post-procedure check: After suturing, verify that all staples are fully clamped to the skin with no raised, missing, or misaligned staples.
  5. 5Post-operative care: This device is single-use. Dispose of it as veterinary medical waste after use. Remove the staples with a dedicated staple remover once the wound has healed.

Safety Precautions

  • For suturing skin wounds in livestock and companion animals only. Do not use for non-veterinary medical procedures.
  • Do not use if the packaging is damaged, wet, expired, or if the device is deformed or missing pins.
  • Avoid forceful pressing or impacts during operation to prevent damage to the staple firing mechanism, deformation of staples, and injury to animal tissue.
  • If the device becomes stuck, fails to fire, forms staples improperly, or the handle jams during surgery, stop immediately and replace with a new stapler.
  • Do not reuse. Reuse can cause metal nail corrosion, handle degradation, and cross-contamination.
  • Do not use on skin with excessive tension, thin or soft tissue, or ulcers. This prevents staples from tearing the skin or causing wound dehiscence.
